The goal is to leverage Meta advertising to boost brand awareness among Australian property investors and generate high-quality leads. By highlighting the unique ‘Legacy Agency’ approach and expert-driven services, the aim is to reach potential investors, build trust, and convert interest into meaningful business opportunities.

Marketing Strategy

To focus on better quality leads, we can plan to launch a new website lead campaign targeting high-intent users, people who are more likely to be seriously interested in property investment guidance services, not just downloading a brochure. 

We focused on the users with higher purchase intent by targeting:

  • Property Investor, real estate investment, Investor
  • Performing audience from the existing campaign
  • Retargeting website visitors who did not convert before.
  • We can also tested Lookalike Audiences based on the best existing leads data

Campaign Performance Summary

In April, we paused underperforming campaigns and launched new ones with new strategy. ​

The budget flow was increased, which helped boost the overall lead count. As a result, the CPR also improved with the average of $38.18.

In May, we generated 248 leads by launching a lead magnet campaign using Facebook’s native lead form, alongside a generic lead campaign to drive up lead numbers.
